Attention - that's the currency of video ads. The shorter, the better - the more eye-catching your ad video, the more successful it will be. We fight with all creative means when creating your video ad - here are just a few of them:
- Hybrid: Commercial video was yesterday, today there is hybrid! Put your YouTube ad on a much more real and credible footing: by using real footage and real people, your video ad looks more authentic and much more modern. HERE you can find a sample.
- Stopmotion: It can also be tricky - with a promotional video produced using stop trick or stop motion. Here, objects are moved by hand, frame by frame. Usually combined with an animation, the result is an attention-grabbing video that is second to none. HERE you can see the video.
- Typo: With this style, you can score big with your advertising video. Letters race into the frame, exclamation points follow question marks. Your audience will follow the rousing story unconditionally - in a flowing plot characterized by fast typo/text fade-ins. Especially suitable for brands and products whose texts speak for themselves or which have to or want to do without a speaker... like HERE in this example.
- Real mix: Animated characters conquer our real world - this is a very hot trend in video ads. We have tracked this down and already implemented it in several projects. Animated characters are inserted into realistic footage and animated. An absolute eye-catcher for your YouTube ad.
- 2-D character: Telling a good story from the perspective of a character - that's possible with this style. You don't necessarily have to have a human being at the center of your video ad - we've already invented various characters: from a drop of blood that has come to life for the topic of blood donation to a poor eye for digital visual aids. We are often asked why we distinguish between advertising and explainer videos? That's actually quite simple: Because these are two completely different nuts... to stay in our language. By definition, an advertising video is a video clip that specifically and briefly promotes a product, brand or service and advertises it accordingly. Here, therefore, complex contexts are not so much explained, but messages are brought to the user quickly, briefly and powerfully - usually with the support of media budgets in social or classic media and therefore also in short formats between 15 and a maximum of 30 seconds. Use and distribution are therefore fundamentally quite different from those of explainer videos, for example.
